2. Let's Talk
We'll arrange a conversation to discuss your ideas, answer any questions and explore how Flames & Flavours can bring your vision to life.
3. Bespoke Proposal
You'll receive a personalised proposal outlining the experience, menu ideas, pricing and any venue or travel considerations.
4. Booking Confirmation
Once you're happy to proceed, your booking will be confirmed upon acceptance of the quotation and payment of the required deposit.
Planning then begins in earnest.
5. Planning Your Experience
Together we'll refine every detail, including:
